Shipping and Return Policies
We take great
pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. So if you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your items
for an exchange of equal or less value. Returns must be made within
7-10 days of receipt.
How to Make a Return:

We will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on
the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse
within 7-10 days of receiving your RMA number. Please include a copy of
the return form with a brief explaining for the return/exchange and
ship the item(s) to the following address:
Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Please make sure when returning your package to use trackable method as we can not credit packages that we have not received.
Note on hatching eggs: With our first hatch we've had 100% fertility. Our hatch rate is typically 95%. Since we cant control the factors like shipping temps, handling, incubating, etc we cant guarantee what your hatch rate will be but ours has been excellent . We line our shipping boxes with foil to try to help protect them from xray damage. We also bubble wrap each individual egg and rarely have one arrive broken ( though just incase we always include at least one extra egg). We prefer to only mark the box as fragile as we've found that boxes marked hatching eggs or just eggs seem to get delayed and xrayed more often.
